**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage the company's HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees at all levels
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify the root cause and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable HSE regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HSE requirements are integrated into all company activities
- Provide HSE guidance and support to project teams and contractors
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics to senior management

**Requirements**:

- Saudi National
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HSE management
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE policies and procedures
- Certification in relevant HSE field (e.g. OSHA, NEBOSH) is preferred

**Salary**: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼11,000.00 per month
