**About BM Events**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the hospitality sector.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
- Organize and coordinate business meetings with prospective clients.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.
- Prepare reports on account status and keep records of sales and data.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in business development or sales, specifically in the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and foster productive client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or relevant field.
