Ability to understand engineering requirements. Ability to follow engineering instruction and repair plans and drawings. Ability to program the machine. Should comply to engineering plan to meet required measurements. Ability to understand the differences among coating methods. Observe production/equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands to ensure conformance to established standards. Clean and maintain equipment, using hand tools. Read work orders to determine production specifications or information. Collect samples of materials or products for laboratory. Able to identify required capital and consumable spare parts. Plan coating jobs as per PCD. Connect with maintenance team.

**Principle Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to read and understand engineering plans and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, oral and written.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to bring assignments to a successful completion.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an acrredited University.
- Ability to communicate with other cells PQEs and MEs.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in coating field.
- Proficient verbal and writing capability in English

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience in using robot and programing.
- Experience in coating guns repair.
