Family Office Manager

**aG Resources is looking for Family Office Manager (Hospitality Sector) for our reputable client.**
**Location: KSA, Riyadh**
**Requirements**:
- 5-years of administration/operations experience in the hospitality sector
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Arabic language knowledge is a plus.
- Process oriented and well-versed in technology use. Knowledge of basic PoS and accounting
- Systems (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Expense etc.)
- Team management skills
- Bachelor/Master Degree from a reputable institute.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage operations team of 25-30 individuals at family’s primary residence in Riyadh including
- Staff scheduling, daily task assignment, performance monitoring, staff training & development as well as other HR matters.
- Design, implement and oversee a cost-effective procurement process for consumables, supplies and other household items.
- Coordinate with contractors and supervise the maintenance/improvement projects for timely and cost
- effective delivery/completion.
- Administration and proper record keeping of critical documentation (e.g. employee HR documents, maintenance projects documentation, vendors list & contracts, insurance documents etc.)
- Closely work with the accounts team in the family office to design and implement processes and procedures, as well as provision of data and information on an ongoing basis, for proper book-keeping of expenditure, inventory and assets.
- Coordinate with relevant departments in the family office for government related matters (employee and guest’s visas, municipality and other government approvals etc.)
- Assist the head of family in scheduling and executing daily tasks. Keep track of to-do items and do the follow-up with relevant parties.
- Manage logistics and travel of the family members through external travel service providers.
