We are now looking for an experienced **Office Manager** who will ensure that the office remains in good condition, fully equipped at all times and assist with all administrative tasks. If you have experience in this role, we'd love to hear from you

**Job summary**:
Office managers coordinate and oversee administrative duties in an office, and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. Their responsibilities generally include duties like meeting and greeting visitors, managing office supplies, overseeing other administrative personnel, and supporting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Ordering office supplies, maintaining control of office supplies stock and coordinating with cleaning & maintenance services.
- Managing the petty cash box.
- Partnering with HR to promote and implement office policies as required.
- Create activities & prepare the entertainment.
- Managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
- Managing the incoming and outgoing mail.
- Organizing company events and conferences.
- Overseeing subordinates' interactions and responding to their queries on office management issues.
- Managing cleaners, tea boy and receptionist regarding the smooth execution of their assigned tasks.

**Role qualifications**:

- University degree in Management, Administration or in a related discipline.
- Demonstrated work experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Arabic both verbal and written.
- Computer literate (MS Office, Google sheets, Outlook, etc.).
