**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the Riyadh market, focusing on contractors involved in various construction projects.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the contractor community.
- Present and promote our company's products and services to potential clients, showcasing their benefits and customization options.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each project.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to offer informed recommendations to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience in the Riyadh market is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and experience working with contractors is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Saudi Nationality is a requirement.
