**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced High-End Cafe Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe, managing daily activities, and providing guidance to our staff to maintain the highest standards of quality, hospitality, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures, staff assignments, and customer service activities.
- Lead by example and provide hands-on support to staff members in various roles, including baristas, servers, and cashiers, to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
- Train new employees on cafe policies, procedures, and service standards, including product knowledge, order processing, and customer interactions.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to ensure freshness and availability of products.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues and exceed expectations whenever possible.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the cafe, including dining areas, food preparation areas, and restrooms, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, communication, and excellence.
- Prepare reports on sales, labor, and other key performance indicators to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a high-end cafe, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for hospitality.
- Solid understanding of cafe operations, including food and beverage preparation, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of coffee and tea products, brewing methods, and specialty beverages is preferred.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards in all aspects of the cafe experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and problem-solve under pressure.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
