As a Bently Nevada Sales Manager, you will look after Oil & Gas Accounts at Saudi to ensure positioning Bently Nevada as Partner of Choice and set the right strategy to meet and exceed customer expectations and Business requirements.

**As Bently Nevada Sales Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Owning Bently Nevada Orders Annual Plan for the assigned territory while meeting quarterly and annual orders commitment and sales metrics such as cash and receivables.
- Building customer relationships at different levels for the purpose of Business development and Sales.
- Developing customer strategies, marketing campaign plans, conducting sales presentations and generating new opportunities and promoting New Products and Solutions.
- Driving aggressive growth targets and addressing volume and timing.
- Developing consultant’s awareness and knowledge on key Bently Nevada technologies and working with them on specifications.
- Demonstrating commercial and technical expertise in specific market and lead opportunity planning.
- Driving cross-functional coordination with the Commercial Operations, Services, Engineering and Project Management teams.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Have 10+ years of experience in direct sales, customer service and operations in oil or energy sector.
- Previous experience in Vibration, Condition Monitoring or Rotating Equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge in Bently Nevada is preferred.
- Have experience in the Middle East Region, and record of managing a big portfolio for Saudi Arabia.
- Have customer focused and ability to build relationship based on trust and accountability.
- Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written, fluency in both English and Arabic.
