About the Role

Cross Safety Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Management Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing investment strategies that align with our vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investment Strategy Development: Develop and execute investment strategies that align with our vision and objectives, focusing on the expansion and improvement of golf-related assets and infrastructure.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of investment projects, including golf course development, facility upgrades, and related ventures. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to assess investment opportunities and project viability. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with investment projects. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard portfolio performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, private investors, and international golf organizations, to secure support and funding for projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Performance Evaluation: Track and evaluate the performance of investment projects and initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform investment strategies and decisions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all investment activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex investment projects and portfolios.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities, effective risk management and problem-solving abilities, superior communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement, and leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
