You will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, driving organisational effectiveness and employee engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating new hire paperwork, including contractual, banking, and medical insurance;
  2. Managing the full visa cycle for new hires, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws;
  3. Servicing as a link between management and employees, handling questions and resolving work-related problems;
  4. Providing current employees with information about policies, job duties, salaries, benefits, etc;

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  2. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred;
  3. Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role, preferably in the KSA market;
  4. Strong knowledge of HR practices and Saudi employment laws;
  5. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite;
