- Market Analysis & Business Case Development: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making and investment prioritization.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor program milestones, track KPIs, and ensure timely reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in market development, program management, and/or business strategy.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong command in English Language; Arabic speaking is a plus.
