About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead KSA to join our team at Brainport Eindhoven. As a Sales Lead KSA, you will be responsible for developing and driving a credible and productive long-term relationship with customers to maximize the value of the short and long-term business with the account for Personal Health based on a deep understanding of customers' strategies and priorities, external trends, market insights on industry trends, and competitive landscape in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establishing Clear Short- and Long-Term Strategy: Develop and implement a clear short- and long-term strategy for managing own channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  2. Achieving Budgeted Sales Volumes and Profit Margin: Drive sales growth and achieve budgeted sales volumes and profit margin through effective sales planning, execution, and monitoring.
  3. Distributor Management and Strategy Development: Manage distributors and retailers, drive strategy through them, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Driving Selling-Out and Channel Optimization: Drive selling-out, ensure profitability and growth of the channel by continuously optimizing the fundamentals, including distribution, shelving, and merchandising.
  5. Analysis and Improvement Proposals: Systematically analyze sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends to make proposals for improvements.
  6. One Team Approach: Coordinate an efficient One Team approach to the customer, working with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Supply Chain team members at account level for his/her channels.
  7. Key Account Strategy and Sales Plans: Develop Key Account Strategy aligned with the Customer's priorities and drive key account customer Sales Plans in order to fulfill key account plan growth, fully leveraging the BMC operating model while it will need to increasingly support product, solutions, and services towards full portfolio standardization.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement via Lean.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. 10 Years of Sales Experience: Have at least 10 years of sales experience in FMCG or Consumer Goods, with a focus on B2C sales.
  3. Team Management Experience: Possess team management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  4. Customer and Consumer Centric Attitude: Demonstrate a customer and consumer-centric attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  5. Driven and Solution-Oriented: Be a driven, solution-oriented individual with excellent project management skills.
  6. Manage by Influence and Cross-Functional Teams: Manage by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Supply Chain.
  7. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  8. Native/Fluent in Arabic and English: Be native or fluent in both Arabic and English.
