Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibility 1: Support the Director of Entertainment Strategy

  • Execute the overarching entertainment asset class strategies to ensure achievement of portfolio and assets' ambition, vision, and objectives.

Responsibility 2: Contribute to Design and Development

  • Contribute to the design (pre-concept and concept) and early development stages of new entertainment assets to ensure alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offering and financial targets.

Responsibility 3: Develop Project Documentation

  • Develop project documentation for distribution, including Request for Proposals, Scope of Works, Strategy Briefs, and various matrices.

Responsibility 4: Collaborate with Consultants

  • Collaborate with consultants and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations provided are in line with the overall scope of work, engagement objectives, and business expectations.

Responsibility 5: Lead Analysis and Research

  • Lead analysis and research on theme park benchmarks and/or strategic topics to support robust and sound decision-making.

Responsibility 6: Provide Input to Initial Go-Live Strategies

  • Provide input to initial go-live strategies and implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya.

Responsibility 7: Prepare Materials for Stakeholders

  • Prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and adequate presentation of design and other content related to entertainment assets.

Responsibility 8: Prepare Presentations

  • Prepare presentations and supporting material required for seeking relevant approvals from Qiddiya Approval Committees, Qiddiya Senior Management, and Board of Directors.

Responsibility 9: Monitor Key Assets' KPIs

  • Monitor key assets' KPIs covering development, business, financial, and operational plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience.
