Account Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our Inside Sales Team. As an ADM, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
You will work closely with our External Account Managers to develop and qualify new lead opportunities, generate prospective customers, and build relationships with channel partners.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven sales track record, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and qualify new lead opportunities to drive revenue growth in target vertical markets.
- Generate prospective customers through warm and cold calling, lead qualification from marketing leads, telemarketing services, and web inquiries.
- Built relationships with specific channel partners relevant to your accounts and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and associated data via the CRM tool – Salesforce.com (SFDC).
- A proven sales track record within an inside sales role, ideally within the IT industry - security, networking, or hardware.
- Experience in B2B sales, with a hunter mentality and excellent communication capabilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
