Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project controls plans to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Provide oversight and review of consultant planning and scheduling to ensure compliance with project controls requirements.
  • Ensure effective execution of project controls programs, including contract review and negotiation support.
  • Apply planning and scheduling techniques to ensure project control tools are effective and efficient.
  • Lead the process of capital budget determination and scope of work definition.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of planning software and techniques.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Direct project control activities and develop policy, objectives, and standards for cost and schedule control.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Registered engineer with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
  • Preferred: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP or Prince 2).
  • Knowledge of computer programs for Planning & Scheduling (Primavera, MS Project).
  • Advanced knowledge of project management software, including Microsoft Project, Primavera, and MS Office.
  • Excellent oral, analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Quality Control procedures.
  • Systematic thinking, planning, and organization skills.
  • Communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
