The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing wholesale clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Regularly engage with customers to address any concerns, provide product information, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Assign and manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with each customer to ensure alignment with desired targets.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to meet customer demands and increase sales.
New Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wholesale sector to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to capture new accounts.
  • Develop customized strategies and building blocks to achieve the company's vision and sales targets.
Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide comprehensive product information to customers, addressing inquiries and promoting the benefits of our products.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations with clients.
Sales Tracking and Communication:
  • Track all sales activities in the company portal system and regularly update account information.
  • Communicate customer product pain points to relevant departments for prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the overall sales effort.
  • Collaborate with merchandise supervisors to align on-ground activities with the company strategy.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers.
  • Analyze the market's potential and provide regular reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food distribution industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the wholesale sector and key players in the food industry in KSA.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
