Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the recruitment process and hiring of all front-line employees, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.
  2. Coordinate and encourage sports and social activities on a regular basis to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  3. Participate in the preparation of the HR budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and management.
  4. Maintain an up-to-date database of resumes for future recruitment needs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Conduct induction and orientation programs for all newly joined employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
  6. Receive and handle employee complaints, suggestions, and queries in a professional and confidential manner.
  7. Maintain an up-to-date computerized database of all employees, ensuring accurate and timely information.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university degree in a related discipline, with preferable experience within the same role. You must be computer literate, ideally with proficiency in a computerized payroll system, and fluent in English.
