Board Relations Coordinator

This role involves providing expert-level support to the Boards of Directors, Governors, and Committees of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and automating rules, processes, and procedures related to Board functioning, as well as overseeing the Board Election process and induction trainings for new members.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate governance, board protocols, and policies. They will be able to handle confidential information with discretion and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, they should have experience in managing board-related systems and platforms, as well as coordinating events and meetings.
In this role, you will serve as a key focal point for all matters related to Board Relations and Services across the IsDB Group. You will troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Board functioning, coordinate communication between Management/Group Entities and Board members, and manage the timely preparation and submission of Board documents.
You will also oversee the smooth implementation of Board and committee elections, provide accurate documentation for Board meetings, and maintain official records and documents. Furthermore, you will conduct post-meeting evaluations, including data analysis and report generation, and communicate regularly with Member Countries and internal/external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and build business relations.
