Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Documentation Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing the deliberations and decisions of high-level meetings, while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in documentation and reporting at the board level. Knowledge of board protocols, policies, and procedures is essential.

This role involves preparing and finalizing documents, undertaking quality reviews, and maintaining digitized records. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities are required.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure the smooth execution of board meetings and the maintenance of accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and finalize meeting documents, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  2. Undertake quality reviews of submitted documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Maintain digitized records of board meetings and related documents.
  4. Ensure timely distribution of meeting records and documents to concerned parties.
