  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and schedule training programs, ensuring staff are equipped with the necessary skills.
  • Address and resolve roster-related issues, making adjustments as needed to ensure efficient duty arrangements.
  • Monitor and review roster effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement and escalating issues to senior management as required.
  • Maintain accurate data records, ensuring staff resourcing, availability, and overtime are accurately recorded.
  • Process and manage staff leaves, including annual leaves, sick leave, and time-off-in-lieu (TOIL) claims.
  • Ensure accurate and timely overtime submission, processing, and payment to staff.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Saudi National.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex scheduling issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel spreadsheets.
