Job Description:

At Deutsche Bank, we are seeking an experienced HCM Business Advisory Specialist/HCM Business Partner to support our HR strategies and initiatives across the bank. This role is a key enabler of effective delivery of our HR strategy through the provision of expert knowledge and support on HR policies, programmes, processes, people strategy, and ensures consistent application of HR best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver HR Services to support business objectives.

• Work with stakeholders to implement people agenda initiatives, provide advice to employees and managers on people topics, and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.

• Collaborate with the business and specialist HR product areas to achieve bank-wide human capital management goals. Examples may include restructuring, diversity and talent acquisition and retention initiatives, supporting performance management activity, leadership capabilities, management of employee relations cases, and consequence management.

Key Accountabilities as Business Partner:

• Deliver the HR people strategy in support of the overall business strategy.

• Coach senior managers in modeling required leadership behaviors and conforming to the bank's standard policies and processes.

• Partner with heads of business to ensure sound people decisions are undertaken.

• Support and drive organizational change and restructuring initiatives and work with respective stakeholders.

• Partner with the business to define and translate business needs into human capital strategy.

• Drive global processes, such as year-end compensation and promotion process and talent management, ensuring fair and consistent decisions are made with appropriate business management governance and ownership.

Governance:

• Work closely with Country Compliance and branch leadership for updates to regulators.

• Regulatory reporting is a key part of this role.
