Role Overview

LAWAZEM is a leading financial institution seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the collection process, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers via phone and email to collect overdue payments.
  • Analyze account statements to identify outstanding balances and discrepancies.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and establish payment plans for delinquent accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection efforts in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
