Typically, landlords in Saudi Arabia require a 1 year or 6 month upfront payment for renting a home. With our innovative Rent Now, Pay Later solution, we allow tenants to pay their rent monthly, while still allowing landlords to receive a full year's rent upfront.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the loan disbursement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  2. Analyze the creditworthiness of potential borrowers to inform lending decisions.
  3. Develop strategies for the effective sale of outstanding microloan amounts to third-party investors.
  4. Structure and negotiate financing arrangements that meet the needs of both the company and external partners.
  5. Monitor the performance of microloans and manage the sale of receivables to optimize cash flow.
  6. Prepare financial models and reports to evaluate the impact of loan sales on overall portfolio performance.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with third-party investors and financial institutions.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments related to microfinance and securitization.
  9. Track all concentration covenants and ensure that there is no breach of those limits.
  10. Guide the accounting team on preparation of their books on a monthly basis.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification (CFA, CAIA, FRM) is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in microfinance, loan management, or securitization.
  3. Strong understanding of microloan products and the associated regulatory landscape.
  4. Proven experience in structuring and executing financing transactions.
  5. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment.
  6. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
