This position is vital in managing payroll processes, driving operational efficiencies, and aligning HR practices with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee contracting, Qiwa, GOSI, and end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees as per assigned portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and other regulatory requirements affecting payroll and HR operations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to payroll and compliance.
  • Manage HR reporting and analytics to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with finance and external auditors to support compliance audits and reporting.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR operations team to ensure best practices are followed in payroll processes.
Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, and compliance.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi Labor Law, payroll systems, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
