We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Leader to join our Advisory team, who will be responsible for the full client development journey, shaping strategies, and overseeing their implementation. This individual will manage and build teams while contributing to building TAM's future practices and offerings.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives:
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues.
  • Shape Client Agendas: Understand key client pains and propose discussion points with TAM leadership to shape client agendas.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Take full ownership of multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Develop Project Scope and Approach: Structure the full scope of the project and define the project's specific approach, framework, and methodologies.
  • Manage Project Resources and Budget: Manage the full project plan, deliverables, resources, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive Business Insight and Recommendations: Drive business insight, conclusions, and solid recommendations to address client issues.
  • Lead Project Teams: Lead the project team by ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
  • Develop Team Members: Manage and develop team members according to career plans by providing insight and coaching.
  • Client Communications: Own client communications and relationship.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in professional services and management consulting.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business-related majors.
  • History of working with Saudi governmental clients in professional services and management consulting.
  • Successfully managed multiple and large-scale projects.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • Full proficiency in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
