About the Role

In this senior position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining organizational policies and standards related to Facilities Management. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our policies and standards align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies and standards related to Facilities Management.
  2. Liaise with Industry Bodies: Liaise with wider industry bodies to capture the latest approaches to delivery of Facilities Management.
  3. Review Best Practices: Study the best practices on Facilities Management policies and seek applicability to F&E.
  4. Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Review government guidelines including safety, environment, sustainability policies, procedures, and standards.
  5. Update International Guidelines: Review international guidelines applicable to facilities management and incorporate applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  6. Policies Update and Communication: Update the Facilities Management Policies and Guidelines and communicate to F&E on updates to Engineering Policies and Guidelines.
  7. Coordinate with Regulatory Authorities: Coordinate with Regulatory Authorities to update standards.
  8. Make Recommendations: Recommend updates to the standards, policies, and guidelines for approval at the Infrastructure Board.
  9. Act as Custodian: Act as the custodian of the developed standards and specifications.
  10. Track Compliance: Track and ensure compliance with Facilities Management policies, guidelines, and standards.
  11. Review Designs: Review design at various stages of the project to ensure compliance.
