  • PMO/SMO Experience: Proven experience in designing and operating PMOs and SMOs.
  • VRO Experience: Previous experience in operating PMOs and VROs in the public sector.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on business transformation.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of managing and delivering transformational projects.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Digital Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of digital technologies and trends.
