Civil Estimation Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimation Engineer to join our team at Saudi Services For Electro Mechanic Works Co. SSEM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and developing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for various civil engineering projects, including substations, transmission lines, power plants, and infrastructure works.

  • Develop detailed cost estimates for civil works, including earthworks, foundations, structural concrete, roads, buildings, and utilities.
  • Prepare BOQs, unit rate analyses, and material take-offs (MTOs) for tendering.
  • Ensure cost estimates align with market rates, project specifications, and local regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil estimation, proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, Revit, CCS Candy, and cost estimation software, as well as excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
