Job Title: Siebel Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Siebel Architect to join our team at Penta Consulting Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale CRM solutions in Siebel for the Telco industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Siebel configurations for Customer Management, Order Management, Pricing & Product Modeling in the Telco Industry.
  • Develop and maintain technical design documents for critical areas of the project.
  • Review and provide feedback on functional design documents, technical design documents, and code prepared by consultants.
  • Participate in solution governance, architecture, and designing large-scale CRM solutions in Siebel for the Telco space.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of core Siebel experience.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in at least 2 large projects in the Telco Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall & Iterative project methodology.
  • Excellent technical skills in Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, EAI, and EIM in Siebel.
  • Knowledge of Open UI framework is a plus.
