  • Project Delivery Experience: Demonstrate experience in delivering projects across the full lifecycle, including business and application architecture, design, implementation, testing, migration, project governance, and change management.
  • End-to-End Order Flow Visibility: Possess end-to-end order flow visibility in different systems (CRM, BRM, AIA, OSM, UIM, ASAP, etc.) for Telecom Enterprise (MPLS, IPLC, Broadband, VoIP, etc.) and GSM Services (Prepaid/Postpaid, etc.).
  • Team Leadership and Coaching: Demonstrate experience in team leadership, combining onsite and remote project activities, and acting as a coach/mentor to junior team members.
  • Strong Customer-Facing Domain Skills: Possess strong customer-facing domain skills to drive billing/charging-related workshops with the customer.
  • Telecoms Prepaid/Postpay/Convergent Billing and Charging Architecture: Possess a strong understanding of telecoms prepaid/postpay/convergent billing and charging architecture and associated integrations (mediation, voucher management, G/L, A/R, taxation integrations).
  • Product Catalog Modeling, Siebel, and RODOD Workflows: Possess experience with product catalog modeling, Siebel, and RODOD workflows.
  • Industry Models and Standards: Demonstrate experience with industry models and standards, including TM Forum ODA, 3GPP Charging Management specification, Diameter protocol, IFRS, and other regulatory policies.
  • Industry Standard Business Processes: Possess experience with industry standard business processes, regional/local legal, regulatory, and cultural best practices and constraints.
Technical Skills
  • Enterprise Architecture Tools and Methods: Possess proficiency in using enterprise architecture tools and methods to capture business requirements, designs, test case development, and use case documentation.
  • Agile/Scrum or Iterative Model Projects: Demonstrate experience working in Agile/Scrum or iterative model projects, with flexibility to work in a DevOps environment.
  • Programming and Scripting Skills: Possess previous technical background, including programming and scripting skills (C, C++, Java, Python), and experience working with RDBMS.
  • Modern Application Integration Paradigms: Possess understanding of modern application integration paradigms, REST architecture style.
