We are looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to lead the development and implementation of CRM & clienteling initiatives in our stores. The successful candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute store CRM outreach initiatives, including defining local outreach activities and monitoring initiative performance.
  2. Train and strengthen store teams on CRM & clienteling activities through the use of digital tools and processes.
  3. Support sales staff in cultivating clients and guaranteeing their outreach through interactions and private appointments.
  4. Adopt, execute and follow-up of the Brand clienteling strategy across all store team members.

Requirements:

Mandatory languages: Arabic, English. Client centric attitude, problem solving, flexibility, empathy, energy. Luxury retail experience is preferred.
