The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our lawyers, ensuring that they can focus on delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising regularly with lawyers to identify work commitments and prioritizing your workload accordingly
  • Proactively identifying areas of responsibility and tasks you can take ownership of
  • Delegation of appropriate work types/requests to all available support services
  • Assisting lawyers with follow-ups to business development meetings

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a PA or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
