About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to shape the future of Carly's growth by developing and executing sales strategies that align with our mission. As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, building a high-performing sales team, and establishing lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive industry.

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share for Carly.
  • Lead and Mentor Sales Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and Track KPIs: Establish and track KPIs to monitor sales performance and team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Executive Team: Collaborate closely with the executive team to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify New Market Opportunities: Identify new market opportunities and channels for expansion within the automotive space.
  • Leverage Industry Relationships: Leverage industry relationships and partnerships to grow Carly's presence in key regions and verticals.
  • Monitor Competitor Activity: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behavior to adjust strategies and stay competitive.

Team Development & Management:

  • Recruit and Hire Sales Talent: Recruit, hire, and train top-tier sales talent for both direct and indirect sales channels all across KSA.
  • Foster Positive Sales Culture: Foster a positive, results-driven sales culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide Coaching and Training: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development for sales team members to enhance performance.
  • Oversee Sales Forecasting: Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
  • Use Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to assess sales performance, identify bottlenecks, and make recommendations for improvement.

Customer & Partner Relations:

  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the automotive industry.
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying and selling journey.
  • Identify Opportunities for Enhancements: Identify opportunities for product and service enhancements based on customer feedback.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a dynamic sales professional who has extensive experience in senior sales roles, ideally in the automotive, e-commerce, or tech industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and executing sales strategies for fast-growing startups, excellent leadership and team management skills, and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
