As an Executive Vice President of Business Development, you'll play a key role in streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving sustainable growth.

Your mission will be to deliver exceptional value to our customers, stakeholders, and employees through effective leadership, collaboration, and innovation.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to drive operational excellence and achieve company goals.

You'll oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.

Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the organization's strategic plan, leading and inspiring a diverse team to foster a high-performance culture.

Working closely with the Chief Compliance Officer, you'll develop and implement policies and procedures that align with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements.

Establish performance metrics and benchmarks to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, including processes and procedures for the sales team and customer support.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience as a VP Operations or in a similar senior leadership role is required, along with strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices.

Exceptional leadership and management abilities, with a focus on driving results and operational excellence, are essential.
