Job Description:

As a Global Legal Expert, you will be responsible for managing a team of legal professionals to ensure that clients adhere to and understand relevant laws and regulations. You will provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of law related to our business operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of legal professionals to ensure that clients adhere to and understand relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Provide legal counsel and service to external business clients concerning their rights, obligations, and privileges.
  3. Advise clients on business transactions, liability claims, and legal rights and obligations to protect their interests.
  4. Responsible for preparing legal briefs and opinions, and filing appeals in state and federal courts of appeal.
  5. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Coordinate work with external counsel.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience as a Legal Counsel
  • Previous law firm experience is preferable
  • Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one work area.
  • Broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Law
  • This role is only available to Saudi Nationals.
