Job Overview

The Performance Management Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing an employee performance framework design that ensures continuous improvement in the process. This includes collaborating with department managers to develop SMART objectives, designing and implementing awareness sessions, analyzing performance data, establishing and maintaining performance management systems, and providing accurate and timely reports to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with department managers to develop SMART objectives that align with the organization's vision and goals.
  2. Design and implement awareness sessions to promote performance management best practices across departments.
  3. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  4. Establish and maintain performance management systems, policies, and procedures that support organizational effectiveness.
  5. Provide accurate and timely reports to stakeholders on performance metrics and trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Business Administration with a focus on organizational development and performance management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with department managers and other stakeholders.
  • Data gathering and analysis skills with the ability to collect and analyze data from various sources.
