The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering HR programs and services that meet the needs of the business and a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR programs and services that meet the needs of the business.
  2. Partner with leadership teams to design and deliver talent development strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  4. Analyze data to inform people-related business decisions and develop metrics to measure program success.
  5. Build relationships with stakeholders to influence and align on people-related priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • 8+ years in HR business partnering/project management experience.
  • Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers and strong talent assessment skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic essential.
