Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA FICO Principal Architect to lead our finance implementation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions within the Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules. Your expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality implementations that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SAP S/4 HANA Finance implementation projects, ensuring best practices and methodologies are followed.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions within the Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration issues between finance and other SAP modules.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on SAP S/4 HANA functionalities and enhancements.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO configuration, customization, and system enhancements to meet business objectives.
  • Perform data migration activities and ensure data integrity during system conversions.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and objectives.
  • Engage in presales activities, including conducting product demonstrations and participating in client meetings to understand their needs.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations highlighting our SAP S/4 HANA finance solutions tailored to specific client requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO with a proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and conversions.
  • Experience in presales and proposal development, with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements across different geographical regions.
  • Experience working in diverse cross-cultural environments with an understanding of international finance regulations and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and provide actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • SAP certifications in Finance (S/4HANA or FICO) are highly desirable.
