  3. Participate in meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to prepare agendas, presentations, and minutes of meetings as required.
  4. Facilitate communication between designers, suppliers, subcontractors, site teams, and clients.
  5. Prepare submittals and follow up with clients, suppliers, and designers for approvals.
  6. Manage project documents and records.
  7. Provide approved documents to site teams and subcontractors.
  8. Write letters to clients and subcontractors as per project requirements.
  9. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients and management.
  10. Ensure timely delivery of spare parts and special tools.
  11. Coordinate with procurement and expediting teams for training and FAT schedules.
  12. Work with suppliers and logistics departments for efficient equipment delivery.
  13. Arrange equipment and site manpower working at the site and material delivery status.
  14. Initiate client invoices in coordination with planning teams.
  15. Release supplier/subcontractor invoices.
  16. Maintain accurate records of payments made to suppliers and received from clients.
  17. Support project managers in supervising, inspecting, and monitoring project activities.
  18. Follow up with site teams for day-to-day progress.
  19. Closing punch lists and NCRs.
  20. Following up on site markup and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • SCE Membership
  • Basic project management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Problem-solving and organizing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office
