The Role

We're seeking a Technical Business Development Expert who understands businesses and can advise them on growth solutions that we offer at AstroLabs. This includes post-setup services such as license renewals, governmental portal management, recruitment, visa issuances, payroll management, and more. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, educating clients on Saudi compliance, and proposing tailored business expansion plans.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle communications and negotiations with inbound clients and engage in outbound activities to generate new leads and opportunities.
  2. Manage all leads, conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, and present them with proposals to support company expansion in Saudi Arabia.
  3. Identify and pursue new business partnerships and strategic alliances that align with company goals.
  4. Drive new client acquisition through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building within key industries.
  5. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process, educating them on requirements for Saudi laws and regulations.
  6. Maintain CRM and internal systems updated, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  7. Up-sell to deliver added value to clients and cross-sell products and services from other AstroLabs business units.
  8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and prepare regular sales reports.
  9. Liaise with the marketing team, offering insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  10. Manage client portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote referrals.
  11. Attend networking events to promote our services and represent the company in business development initiatives.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English, crucial for forging strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • You have the ability to research and identify new business opportunities, including industry trends, potential customers, partnerships, additional products, and services.
  • You have a proven track record of achieving results and exceeding targets; results-oriented.
  • You can manage clients independently.
  • You possess strong analytical, forecasting, and organizational skills in owning projects from start to finish.
  • You demonstrate great attention to detail and ability to create, review, and manage documents and databases.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, a natural 'people person' with drive, enthusiasm, and a serious attitude to get things done.
  • You demonstrate integrity, dependability, ownership, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in sales, utilizing stakeholder management skills.
  • You're ambitious, curious, and enjoy working independently and with a team.
  • You're KPI driven and outcome-oriented.
  • You are adept at managing and exceeding client expectations.
  • You're well-versed in CRM and sales pipeline management, ensuring effective tracking and follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • You have experience in professional business services.
