Job Description

">We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to join our team at Ihgarmyhotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel during the overnight hours, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

The Night Manager will be responsible for supervising and motivating the night staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and security personnel. They will also need to handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

In addition to their leadership and communication skills, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hotel operations, including cash handling procedures and financial management. They will also need to have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an international luxury hotel setting. They will also need to have a bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or a related field, as well as excellent English language skills.
