Key Responsibilities
  • Parts Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and source high-quality spare parts from reputable suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and parts are readily available when needed.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring that they meet our quality and delivery standards.
  • Parts Control and Stock Management: Ensure that all incoming deliveries are checked and verified, and that stock is stored securely and in good condition.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on parts procurement and inventory levels, analyzing trends and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College or graduate degree in Automotive or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of automotive parts and inventory management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in inventory management software and systems, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
