Key Accountabilities
  • Needs Assessment and Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze performance data to determine required training and development initiatives.
  • Program Design and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive talent development programs that address identified skill gaps and support our strategic objectives.
