The Opportunity:

As a Sales Manager at Tahaluf, you'll have the chance to work within a highly dynamic business with the energy and style of a start-up. You'll be part of building a business that launches new products and events at scale, accelerating your career while making a real impact.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact role that requires a proven track record of success in B2B events sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in conference sales, specifically for smaller shows with limited marketing budgets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and execute a sales strategy to target key stakeholders in the industry.
  2. Actively engage in telesales activities, demonstrating resilience in a competitive market environment.
  3. Aim to sell high-value items, ideally in the range of $10k to $100k.
  4. Identify and contact top prospects, including a targeted list of the top 50 stadium architects.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure collective achievement of sales targets.
  6. Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  7. Draft and review business proposals and customer contracts.
  8. Stay informed on trends and changes in the stadium and event management industry.
  9. Attend relevant industry seminars and events to nurture relationships.
  10. Proactively develop skills and knowledge in sales excellence.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in B2B Events: Experienced in B2B events in the European market for not less than 5 years.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree.
  3. Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the real estate industry.
