Customer Success Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to join our team at Lucidya. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Business Intelligence Solutions: Create and implement business intelligence solutions for the organization, leveraging expertise in SaaS products and technical knowledge to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, anticipating their needs and providing proactive solutions to meet their objectives.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the SaaS product's features, updates, and best practices to effectively communicate its value to clients.
- Understand Client Needs: Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business requirements and goals, using this insight to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop Trusted Advisor Relationships: Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors, clearly communicating progress and initiatives.
- Forecast and Track Key Metrics: Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts, to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Possess proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
- Government Sector Experience: Have good experience working with the government sector and familiarity with relevant procedures.
- Etimad Portal Expertise: Be well-experienced with the Etimad portal and able to leverage its capabilities to drive sales success.
- Strong Communication and Influencing Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
- SaaS Sales Experience: Possess proven experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on subscription-based revenue models.
- Technical Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of SaaS products and be able to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- CRM and MS Office Proficiency: Be proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Client-Focused Approach: Deliver client-focused solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously, maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Relevant Education and Language: Hold a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field, and be fluent in Arabic and English.
