Qualifications and Education Requirement

Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
Certificates: PGMP, PMP, PMI-ACP.
Technical Qualifications: 15+ Years of work experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in Program Management. Hands-on SDLC experience with experience in managing both Waterfall and Agile projects. Proven experience with various project management tools such as PPM, MSProject, etc. Technical knowledge to discuss technical details with different teams (Business, Architecture, and design). Advanced knowledge of the full life cycle of product development. Experience in product development planning and providing leadership. Ability to collaborate with IT engineers and report to senior managers. Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration. Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues. Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
