Job Description:
This in-office position is pivotal in driving new business growth by managing the sales process from initial contact until the close of the sale. As a Sales Growth Specialist at KnowledgeCity, you will work closely with our team to leverage our resources and significantly impact our growth in the eLearning market.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic outreach to identify potential new clients within the MENA region.
- Schedule and conduct sales appointments to showcase our eLearning solutions tailored to the client's needs.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive new business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities within our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is essential. Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets in the eLearning, tech, or software industry is crucial. Strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, and fluency in both English and Arabic are also necessary.
