Job Title: Associate Project Director - District Cooling

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Director to lead our district cooling project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of this high-profile project.

About the Project

This is a unique opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, delivering a major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure. Our team is responsible for providing programme management and is seeking high-calibre experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the delivery of MEP services on projects to the agreed outcomes for time, budget, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Driving the delivery of high-quality, time-efficient, and profitable delivery, while providing leadership and accountability for compliance, governance, and assurance, as well as the management of teams of technical and construction staff.
  • Builds and retains working relationships with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manages a team of direct reports, driving the appropriate behaviours to achieve success and KPIs, including a continuous improvement culture.
  • Provides performance management, technical, and career development, and coaching.
Requirements
  • Relevant bachelor's degree and/or vocational equivalent (or equivalent).
  • Formal engineering training (HNC, HND, BTEC, or equivalent).
  • SMSTS and CSCS card.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  • Experience in delivering district cooling projects.
  • Experience in the relevant construction sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful projects/contributions.
  • Proficiency in building services or a specified engineering discipline.
