About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our project planning and delivery team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of major projects, including stadium and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in project planning, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Develop and maintain robust performance measurement techniques, including earned value management (EVM).
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as project management, engineering, or construction management.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on stadium and infrastructure development.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and resources.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard software packages, such as Primavera P6.
