About the Role

Mace Group is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our aviation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Bidding Process

Collaborate with our team to ensure our Organisational Development methodology is embedded in bid and mobilisation plans, driving success in our projects.

Creating Pre-Mobilisation and Mobilisation Plans

Develop and prepare comprehensive plans for our projects, ensuring a smooth transition and effective mobilisation.

Building Relationships with Project Leadership

Establish strong relationships with senior leadership teams to understand their challenges and concerns, providing expert guidance and support.

Identifying and Measuring Team Performance

Assess team performance maturity and organisational effectiveness, sharing progress and concerns with project leadership and creating action plans to drive improvement.

Building Capability of Leaders and Teams

Develop the skills and expertise of our leaders and teams through coaching, facilitation, and targeted organisational effectiveness improvement solutions.

Managing the Programme of Work

Oversee the delivery of our programme of work, ensuring targeted interventions with maximum impact and collaborating with external providers.

Driving Net Zero Carbon Transition

Contribute to our proactive identification and management of carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of our work.

Requirements
  • Necessary Visa Criteria

Meet the necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience in high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business.

Experience in Presentations and Facilitation

Demonstrate experience in presenting and facilitating in a coaching style, with a strong ability to communicate effectively.

Familiarity with P3M3

Have familiarity and experience using the Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3).
